PREPARE CSV FILES FOR ZENDESK IMPORT
When importing tickets, you must import other objects (agents, contacts, etc.) since they’re tightly connected.
At the bottom of the field mapping form, you can select the brand to which the tickets should be attributed. It's important to verify this prior to starting the test Zendesk import.

START IMPORTING DATA INTO ZENDESK
- When your files are ready, go to Migration Wizard and create your account.
Select CSV from the list of available data sources
- Next, you'll be prompted to select the specific data to import. The options include the Help Desk and the Knowledge Base. If you want to import both, kindly note that you'll need to run two separate Zendesk imports
Upload your CSV files and connect the Zendesk account
Select the objects you want to migrate and map data fields
Click Continue as the Migration Wizard imports a small amount of data into Zendesk. Once the Demo Migration wraps up, a page displaying the migration results. Click “View 20 records,” and you will see a list of imported tickets. You can download a report with the IDs of imported data.
